October 2025

FROM COMMANDERY No. 2
Sir Knights,
As we make a turn toward into the Fall and Winter Seasons, a few key upcoming events is approaching. Our first annual Jamaican Night family event on October 10th at 6pm. Please contact Past Eminent Commander David Cobb for RSVP at 916-337-3187 or email at davecobb.second@gmail.com. Also please join us for our Annual 2025 Christmas Observance on December 13th.
Also, for your awareness, our usual Sacramento Commandery#2 Conclave for the month of October may be rescheduled. Rescheduled date and time TBD.
Sir Knights, I would like to share a message from the Grand Master of the Grand Encampment of Knight Templar David J. Kussman from his June 2025 magazine edition on the topic of Commitment and Involvement. He describes the importance of commitment to achieve success and continued change we would like to meet in our fraternity. I personally believe this is true and staying committed is essential to inspiring others to do the same to enhance a more in-depth experience. I also agree that making the decision to be more involved can help expand our minds to the passion of the act of service to others. As a result of both commitment and involvement I
sincerely believe we can strengthen our fraternity and enjoy the benefits of our brotherhood, despite the inevitable obstacles, challenges we face, and unique differences of values, beliefs,
and goals we all naturally have.
Thank you all again Sir Knights for your continued support, charitable act of service and involvement, and humble, on-going commitment without hesitation to our fraternity. We hope you all enjoy your Fall and Winter Seasons again with your family and friends!
Jesse Solis-Jacques
Commander

FROM CHAPTER No. 3
Greetings Companions,
Well Fall is upon us and the holidays are just around the corner. I can’t believe how fast this year has passed. September 27 was the Royal Arch Degrees in Alameda and we now have five new Companions. If you see the at the Stated Convocation, be sure to personally welcome them.
Our next big event, The Jamaica Night is just around the corner, Friday Night October 10 at 6PM. It is shaping up to be a great night. If you haven’t gotten your RSVP in yet; now is the time. I would like to get all RSVP’s by October 7. What we really need now is donations for the Auction.
Hope to see you there.
